My tenant hired this company to clean the carpets 2 days ago. The place reeks and was left full of dog and cat hair. I should not have to spend my Sunday vacuuming what should be a clean home. Use procare. They are cheaper and actually care about their outcomes. AVOID this company at all costs. Here is a picture of a full canister of pet hair from the “clean” carpets.
James arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. The work was done in half the time I expected. The rugs were dry 2 hours later. I will hire again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Everything went perfectly. My tech was very nice. He even tolerated my Boxer puppy! I was very happy with the three rooms they cleaned for us. Will use them again.
