RecommendedPierre and Jed were amazing. Friendly and prompt. Even better was the treatment, PURT, that got goat(yes goat😂) pee out of my nice pottery barn rug. I’ve had rugs cleaned by other traditional cleaning companies, but chem dry is unique in that their cleaning treatment doesn’t leave any residual shampoo behind. The chemical PURT smell on the rug could smell a little better, but I’m just thankful it worked. Also, shoutout to Paula who was also very friendly and helpful.

1000% recommend Chem-Dry of Acadiana for any upholstery cleaning!!! I’ve tried everything to remove these water stains from our upholstered sofa and everything that I tried just made it worse. So I finally gave in and called the professionals. After they cleaned, sanitized and protected the sofa, it looks brand spanking new 🤗🤗
