The best carpet cleaners in the Valley!!!!!! – This is the best carpet cleaner in the Valley! I have had others that did a terrible job! Chem-Dry (located on Londelius) made my dingy white carpet look like new! I was astounded. They also gave me tips on keeping it clean. They don't try to sell you services you don't need, either. Finally a Great Carpet Cleaning Company ! – The techs first go over what my concerns are.. with what types of stains I am dealing with, etc.. and then offer suggestions as to how to combat and prevent them. With horses, kids, and 2 large indoor dogs this is important. Also, my carpets are always dry within hours!
I love Chem-dry!!! – I love chem-dry!!! Technicians arrived on the early side of arranged time span, courteous, professional, and go the extra mile! Carpets and Tile Look Great – Very professional technician. I like the organic product you use - smells citrus-like, not chemical-like. Got dirt off carpets that another carpet company was unable to do. My carpet looked great considering the shape it was in and it dried much faster too.
Best value and highest quality cleaning around!! – Your technicians are friendly and knowledgeable about the Chem-Dry process and were very willing to explain what they were doing to clean our carpets. They were very professional and worked very efficiently and put everything back in it's place when they were done. I can highly recommend your company to others. The carpet stays cleaner for a longer period of time than any other service we have used.
Don't use them!!!!! – Had carpets cleaned and they changed the price on me. Yes, it was higher. The carpet cleaner saw I was upset and proceeded to tell me that how dirty my carpets were. What he didn't realize is that I had sprained my ankle and had not been able to vacuum for a while. I called three times & Maria gave me the same price. The carpet guy says the price is higher because the girls in the office do not know what they are doing. Oh, that makes me feel real comfortable with him. Women can't do the job, huh.

The price quoted over the phone can only be as accurate as the information about the job that you provide. Had you mentioned the heavy soiling and neglected condition ( due to your medical situation) the price quoted would have been accurate.
Very rude & arrogant business owner – The owner Ed is extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant and they do a very mediocre job. Would never hire again.
