Great Experience. Gentleman with the English accent was nice when I called and asked all of the right questions. Chem Dry Carpet Tech came out the next day and cleaned my carpets and stairs. They were able to get some tough stains out. I am very pleased with my cleaning. I will not use another company moving forward.
Exceptional cleaning company. Had a friend spill some wine on a very expensive rug and sofa. Of course, I tried the over the counter remedies and made it worse. Chem Dry was able to come out that very day and clean both my rug and sofa. I am very impressed with their methods and commitment to service. Thank You.
They did a great job with cleaning up my puppies "accidents". They were kind and very helpful; will use them again for any and all carpet cleaning in the future.

Read some reviews and decided to give them a call. They came out on the same day, were very professional and helpful. Carpets are looking so fresh and so clean. I booked carpet cleaning with Chem Dry Carpet Tech after reading the wonderful Google reviews. I would highly recommend them. My carpeting had not been cleaned, although it was not that old, but had a lot of pet stains due to my cat being very sick these last few months. They came and did a thorough job on my carpets and my couch. Nice people, good work ethics and did a very good job. I wouldn't hesitate to book with them! We will be again in the near future. Professional, friendly, reliable, on-time service.
I guess as a society we always voice our opinions when something goes wrong and rarely do we express them when something go's right. I'm making it a point in the upcoming year to voice myself when a company does right by me, I was in desperate need for my carpet to be cleaned after an accident at my home.
