I recently hired ChemDry Carpet Tech for carpet cleaning because I have a two-month-old puppy who made a mess everywhere. They were absolutely the best at removing odors! I also had my upholstery and area rug cleaned, and everything came out looking like new. My couch looks amazing now. ChemDry is an incredible company with top of the line customer service. Their employees are incredibly friendly and kind. They really do an incredible job. We even needed one section to be handled again in our carpets as our sick cat had peed on our wall to wall carpet and area rug. They came over a second time and used something more intense to get rid of the smell very last minute and for free. They are my new go-to and I can’t recommend them enough!
These guys were amazing! I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a local power outage, but when the power came back on over an hour later, I called Rodrigo and they were still able to accommodate me. Joelle and Santos were friendly, listened to my requests, and were fast and efficient. The carpets look great. They even got the stained arm rests on a desk chair clean. I would highly recommend Chem Dry Carpet Tech and I so appreciate that they they don't use toxic materials. Thank you Joelle and Santos!
Cesar and his co worker did a wonderful job. They worked fast and hard and transformed my 19 year old carpet with cat pee stains. It smells so great and looks new again. Not kidding. They treat you like you are a friend and want to do a good job for you. Love them!!!
The Service was excellent as was the thoroughness of the cleaning. Cesar and his partner did wonders for my very dirty sofa and it looks like new and they also got some nasty stains out of my carpet. Once it's dry I am looking forward to walking around in white socks that will remain white! Highly recommend.
