First the bad. The price quoted in the phone was not the price quoted at my house. I was told one price, but when the techs arrived, was quoted another price. The good ole bait and switch. I was told, “well your couch and carpet are really dirty”. Totally not true. Just my wife and I, no kids and we are extremely clean OCD people. But, ok. If they were clean, I wouldn’t be calling you. I can’t say enough about the wonderful job the Chem-Dry crew did on out carpets. The team we had working in our home were prompt, efficient and ever so courteous. True professionals. Our carpets haven’t look this good since they were new. Best carpet cleaning company around I have to say.
