These guys were amazing! I had to cancel my appointment last minute due to a local power outage, but when the power came back on over an hour later, I called Rodrigo and they were still able to accommodate me. Joelle and Santos were friendly, listened to my requests, and were fast and efficient. The carpets look great. They even got the stained arm rests on a desk chair clean. I would highly recommend Chem Dry Carpet Tech and I so appreciate that they they don't use toxic materials. Thank you Joelle and Santos!

I can’t say enough about the wonderful job the Chem-Dry crew did on out carpets. The team we had working in our home were prompt, efficient and ever so courteous. True professionals. Our carpets haven’t look this good since they were new. Best carpet cleaning company around I have to say.
First the bad. The price quoted in the phone was not the price quoted at my house. I was told one price, but when the techs arrived, was quoted another price. The good ole bait and switch. I was told, “well your couch and carpet are really dirty”. Totally not true. Just my wife and I, no kids and we are extremely clean OCD people. But, ok. If they were clean, I wouldn’t be calling you.
