Great experience here! I dealt with Osi. She was constantly in communication with me constantly letting me know the next step process. I identified a problem and we examined it together. The car was fixed immediately within 2 days. Also their fees were less than $350, which is amazing. Honesty is hard to find in this business. I've been buying well used vehicles since 1974. I know an awful lot about cars. And I ain't afraid of buying 100k+ mile vehicles. But that is not an easy thing to do well. Great car for a great price and very helpful dealer
Extremely rude, inconsiderate and impatient. The salesperson offered us a price and then when we accepted it, refused to give it to us at that price. Seems the salesperson was more concerned about her pending vacation plans than she was with selling us a car. I can not recommend this used car dealer to anyone.
Thorough gentlemen. I bought 2019 Nissan Rogue and found few defects with it and decided to return after a month. They made the return process hassle free and showcased perfect professionalism by honoring full Refund as I was not satisfied with the vehicle. It deepened my respect towards them. Hence i took time to write a note for them. Would recommend people to do business with these kind of folks and encourage them. I'm again out in the market looking for SUVs and would definitely get in touch with these people. Thanks.
