I love Chelsea's Kitchen for a lot of reasons. The food, the ambiance, the service. Yesterday was another perfect experience. Stephanie, our waitstaff, was extraordinary. The best, most perfectly timed attendance to our needs. One tiny concern over possible gluten content and the situation was treated as if it was really important to the entire staff, from kitchen to general manager.
