I’m giving a one star because there is no zero stars. Please don’t move to this community!!!! The staff are not at all professional. I’ve been living here for more than 2 years and decided to do a unit transfer because of the issues with leaks in the current apartment, they promised me to give the key at 10 AM (though their office opens at 9) . RecommendedSpacious living area and bedrooms and very quick in resolving maintenance tickets. Overall had a good experience in dwelling here at Chelsea. Would definitely recommend to friends.
We have been living at Chelsea Square for the past eleven years. Once the lease renewal came in the mail we visited the leasing office to let them know we will be moving out and not renewing. That was in May. We told Johnathan we were not going to be able to turn in the letter stating we would be moving out at that exact moment. He said that was fine and to turn it in once we had the letter together. The unit so far is clean. People in the office especially Chaz and Andre very friendly and helpful. They made my move easy. Thank you.
Excellent place to live with easy access to grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, short pump mall, etc. Townhome at its best rental price nowhere in Henrico county and an excellent community.
