I would not even rate this a star. I visited the office recently to find a very rude and insensitive secretary sitting behind the desk. I had to initiate the conversation and I told her that I was contacted by the rental management through rent.com to come in and view the apartment and I was considering moving there possible in January 2013. I am writing this for anyone who might want to rent here. Every building in the center unit has a laundry room a small storage rooms for the tenants. In one of the storage rooms that used to belong to a tenant there is a nice pile of human feces & a old vacuum cleaner. I donor use the laundry there much but I know the last time I did it must have been fresh because it stunk to high heaven.!! I just went down there today to use the laundry & there was still a faint odor. I loomed in the bin where the feces was & behold there ... read more

At first, the management was cool until I got into an accident and it was time for me to move out. Management (Lisa) suggested that I move out quickly even though I have paid my rent up until the end of the month so that the apartment could be rerented since I couldn't work as a result of the accident.
