This place is a disgusting joke. What kind of place tows their own tenants cars during the day because they have real jobs and can’t leave work on the drop of a dime to move the car. Just scumbags
I have lived here for 3 years and in that time I have had to go elsewhere to do laundry because the dryers never work (oh and they do not refund the money when that happens), I had no heat for several months in the winter, my fireplace didn’t work for over a year, oh and I have mold in the bathroom in which they refuse to admit! I can not wait to move and never see this place again!
This is by far the worst place to ever live. First off I wasted an hour and $10 on dryers that don’t work. Nothing seems to work in these buildings, maintenance is trash and never come to help. There’s mold in the bathrooms, fireplace hasn’t worked since I moved in three years ago. Out of all the machines in the Chelsea Cay apartments only one dried my clothes, out of 12 machines.... my lease is up in November and I will never recommend anyone to ever live in these trash apartments ever
RecommendedI've been here since July 1st and so far I love it management has been more than helpful with the whole process, Ann and Jessica have been very kind and very nice. my daughter love love love this place she especially loves the pool LOL ❤️, my two bedroom apartment I LOVE it and my dog loves the dog park, I definitely recommend this place so relaxing 🏊☀️🌈.
Management claims they don’t need to give a reason for a non-renewal of lease, I have never heard of such thing. Company is basically kicking out a City of Newburgh fireman, his wife and 3 kids for “no reason”... no one wants to live with that sort of uncertainty. Might I add, my husband was one of the laid off firemen, since July who just recently got his job back in January. I am also a nurse, we’ve never received any lease violations or complaints, they just “chose to not renew the lease”.
