Love the learn to swim class kids 7-17
Pool is great.
tony dapolito pool on clarkson at 7th ave south just 75 bucks a year and there is rarely a crowd
the locker rooms are newer than other recreation centers and the pool is great. if the lockers are full on the main floor try the 3rd floor locker room.
I usually come for my meetings..(work related) but the pool looks great) LOL
Rachels 8am wed Kundalini yoga class is a perfectly low key but energizing way to start the day.
My 6pm Tuesday yogis: if you get to the 5th floor room before me ask next door for the duty staff to open the door and equip room. 20 students today.

Work out Saturday mornings and hit the cardio room first. No one is in there. Indoor pool's nice but the schedule isn't.
