Great gym with friendly patrons. $75 for 6 months. The quality of the equipment matches the cheap price. No squat racks here.
Price are really cheap for mh, but be aware that this comes with the cost. Men lockers are not super clean, so if you are a bacteria freak this might not be for you. Bring your flip-flops😃
The best NYC Parks and Recs gym and it has an inside pool! Get a membership for less than 15/month and get access to all NYC P&R facilities
Why pay $100s of dollars for a high end gym when you can get everything you need here for $150 for the year. Great facility with a pool and access to all other NYC Parks and Recs facilities
The Yoga class at 5 PM is great, very friendly teacher and we are always in a small group
They now have a young adult membership, $25 for 18 to 24 yr olds. Get on it!
Swim in a six-lane pool, shoot hoops, or spike on the volleyball courts at the neighborhood gym. Fitness rooms, dance studios, and classes are available for members or one-time users.
Volleyball on Friday is great! Need to know how to play though...
