Chelsea Pharmacy tried to tell me my prescription wasn’t covered by insurance and said it was a “cash only” item, even though it’s supposed to be covered at in-network pharmacies. They admitted they lose money filling it through insurance, so they just refused to bill it. Totally unprofessional and unethical. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that actually follows insurance rules and cares about patients, look somewhere else.
Waiting on medication that was supposed to be here two days prior, now it’s post surgery and I have no pain meds. Can you imagine? Not happy…
After visiting this pharmacy, I would not use any other pharmacy in the metroplex!
A refreshing experience. In a world of countless chain pharmacies, so nice to receive that old school one-on-one service from a local pharmacist. Mr. Ginn always delivers. No matter the issue. Thank you so much for confirming what has been missing in the other pharmacies I have visited. A genuine interest in your patrons.
They are truly the best. Small Pharmacy with the big Pharmacy fell. They truly give that personal touch by calling and letting you know at all times what's going on with your scripts and insurance. Absolutely the best I've ever had in the DFW area. Zack can't say enough about you your the best ty so much for making it easy!!!!
