Pleaseeeee don’t waste your time here this people don’t do anything I move out here running away from mold and everything the manager don’t know anything. They have different mangers every other month this management doest care my old apartment was always flooded either from next door neighbor or upstairs never that maintenance came to change carpet never did anything didn’t even bother to go back and check on you all they did was remove the patting and leave you with blower for days actually months . We had a new maintenance guy here today and he was a blessing. I believe his name was Sam F. He was very professional and fixed a plumbing issue we had. He even made sure he got the water up off the floor and he left a fan for it to dry. I asked him to stay at this property. We need more maintenance like him. Thanks Sam
It is very sad that they are making money out of people who are looking to move as they dont clarify that upon a denied application they keep the 250.00 you pay! I own a bussines my self and actually got approved at at a higher review apartments. So I wonder about this denial application. This is very dishonest. I WILL SUGGEST not to apply if your not ready to LOOSE 250.00.
