My nails were filed so short after expressing that I wanted to keep my length. Not only that the length of my nails are uneven and crooked. When you express early in the appointment that you’re unhappy there’s nothing they can do about it. You’re just expected to pay over $100 for a shit service where they leave also leave polish on your fingers. And the girl who took my payment had a super bad attitude. -10/10 recommend
