Kam,, Salesman told me I had to have the 2 year mechanical warranty to finance with Dort Federal Credit Union. I believed him. When talking with the Credit Union, I was told this was not true, I left 5 messages with their finance department to try to get it taken care of. Never returned any of my calls.
I was in Chelsea Motors and at first was impressed with everyone. I was helping my daughter-in-law and husband to purchase a used car. The purchase took a bit longer than should have. I myself worked for a dealership years ago so I know based on the fact I was paying cash, I could have gotten a better deal, but I let it go because they wanted the car.
