Worst Management I've come across in any motel and they've quite literally only been running the motel 4 days. The male/ female team are extremely aggressive with zero empathy for the T.A (temporary accommodation) clients they host. Witnessing them physically assault a pregnant lady was the breaking point. Booked in and was hassled by a drunken drug fueled resident who was an ex of my sisters daughter who I hadnt seen in over 9 years I closed my room door because my fiance was threatened and the person continually kept banging on my door. I packed my car and went to reception to tell them that i was being harrased and he followed me in to the office the lady in charge knew this individual and ai told him to get out of my face or i would kill him. $160 for 1 nt, but the room was barely better than a youth hostel, for the reasons detailed below.
Very pleasant experience the staff is at least Australian and you can talk to me very accommodating for me and my children for last Minute change of accommodation due to the horrendous service at the windmill Motel, it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to everyone.
