Wish I could put zero stars, if you don’t align with her personal beliefs like with smoking marijuana, if your card expires she will in fact go after you and try to make you feel like you’ve done something illegal when you haven’t done anything illegal. Definitely thought I found a Doctor Who was actually going to care about helping me with my medical issues as she addresses me as though she has concern. However, her actions speak far different when she attempts to treat me like a guinea pig. Just trying any type of medication that she’s tried on others without looking at my specific symptoms. Dr. Masterson is one of the best PCP's I've ever had. She takes the time to listen to me, treats me like a person & not just a number or someone off the street who's taking up her time. Extremely thorough with her care & discussing what steps need to be taken to treat me. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new PCP!!
Dr. Masterson is an outstanding physician! She’s thorough and genuinely cares about her patients. Every visit feels personalized, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend her.
I’ve been with this clinic since 2017. I’ve seen 4 different doctors/NPs over the years. Was seen by an outside provider and told to see my primary care TODAY due to an extremely high lab that needed to be addressed. Called and they offered me an appointment a MONTH out. Despite the fact that I have seen Dr. Masterson in the past year she refused to see me. My health is not a concern to her. I think that’s tells you everything you need to know about Dr. Masterson.
