She is thorough, fast, smart & caring. A real find
I saw Dr Ma for a worrisome skin spot that eventually got a biopsy. Dr. Ma seemed aloof and rushed for the entire 5 minutes she spent with me. She did not listen to my concerns and interrupted frequently. Incredibly disappointed in her "care." Honestly not sure why she is in medical field if she cares this little about patients. Will never be coming back to her again.
Total time suck. I have been a long time patient of Stanford affiliated doctors, she is the only one who does not care to read and respond to questions on myhealth. I was looking to get some blood tests ordered and some prescription based professional help for my post-partum hair loss. She ordered some tests but did not fax them so I could not get my blood tests done, and she recommended some over-the-counter hair loss product for men.
