Chelsea helped us every step of the way. She has a gift of explaining complex process in easy to understand ways. She navigated the buying and selling process expertly. She was always there when we needed questions answered and helped us coordinate needed fixes to our property while we were juggling busy work days. Can’t recommend her enough!

She did an awesome job for me, she helped me both sell my old place at a good price and helped me buy a new place. She provided assistance getting the new place through inspections, appraisals, and all the hoop jumping required by the lender. Every step of the way from listing to closing She was by my side making sure things went well. Very very happy.

We feel so lucky to have had Chelsea as our realtor! From day one of our search all the way through closing, she was organized, patient, and always ready to answer our questions, no matter how many we had. She truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find a home we love. Chelsea made what can be a stressful process feel easy and even fun. If you’re searching for a home in the Sioux Falls area, she’s the realtor you want in your corner!

Her communication was top tier & made the experience so much easier than when we had bought our first... read more
