Staff is very helpful and our neighbors are friendly and courteous. Have enjoyed living here for over a year now.
management team is phenomenal!
They get a fat 0. I wouldn’t move here. Ever since the new managers took over this place is a joke. Rent is to high and no parking. Why does management get two parking spots? If they were good managers I could see it but that’s not the case.
RecommendedMy family and I love living here! Christyna and Sam do their hardest to help make the apartments a beautiful, joyful place to live! The manager Christyna try’s to do things for the little ones to do every month and coffee and Donut day to help all the tenants bond and get to know each other!

NO pet weight restriction is a major plus. plenty of amazing people around and lots of fur babies for all the pups to play with! i love that its a 5 min walk to the store. 711 right down the street. access to plenty of awesome things close by!
This place is get 1 star and get 0 if it could. Worst parking assignment ever. No extra parking. I had an issue where someone's kids was not picking up after there dog. Call management to let them know. She told the father of kids, who then felt the need to come to our door with his gun and try and intimidate me and say his kids pick up after the dogs. I then walk him right over to where the pile of shit still was. Again this place would get a 0 star of it could.
RecommendedMy wife and I lived here for roughly 3 years and it was the best community we've lived in. Management always went above and beyond to meet our needs and they do a wonderful job of keeping the grounds clean and colorful. Highly recommended
