The manager is always so kind and helpful. Also, when you have a maintenance request it is dealt with quickly and efficiently. The grounds are always well kept and the environment is welcoming. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Court to others, hands down.

Today was a sad day. My husband and I moved out of Chelsea Court. We were here for a year with very little problems. The apartment manager is really nice, always timely with matenence requests and getting back to us with answers and stuff. The complex is small, and the parking lot a little tricky, but it's really no big deal, you get used to it quickly. It is a little noisy, being so close to the freeway, but with the doors and windows closed and TV or music playing it was hardly noticeable. The price was a little high for u... read more

Use caution renting here. It's a very small complex so the manager thinks it's ok to peak in windows and be nosey, also there is a huge mold problem that nobody ever paid attention to after several complaints.
