good Service The people at Chelsea Audio Video answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable about their products. I was looking for a flat panel TV stand in particular dimensions, They did not have what I was looking for but they were professional and pleasant to work with, worth stopping to give them a try.
Good service Thier Plasma home entertainment system is the best! They wire in-ceiling theatre speakers (BOSE) right into your ceiling to give a theatre-like atmosphere. Their after service is spectacular, too. I broke the remote control and they were ablet to get us a replacement at a good cost. PROS: Friendly staff...amazing systems! CONS: VERY EXPENSIVE!

A great place to go if you're looking for anything from a new turntable to a full home theatre. They inquire about what you're looking at accomplishing and offer advice and recommendations that work within your budget.
We worked with Chelsea on home automation and AV system. We could not be happier. Kyle, our project manager, was responsive, efficient, and pay attention to detail to our questions and requests. They worked with our budget and timeline. Every single staff were great to work with. We highly recommend them.
