First all I would like to say I am thankful to have had roof over me head for me and my family..... however..... I would like to say that Maintenance is a huge issue.... They do not keep up with the maintenance issues at all. I had a dishwasher stop working and get backed up, it filled with mildew, also on top of that, the downstairs bathroom toilets leaked every time you flushed, the washer connections also leaked into the carpet and I had a leak in the upstairs Bathroom.
