Dr.Mills was very kind and took extra time to help figure out the issue. My daughter's ears were very impacted and it took them 3 trials to take out the gunk but they were very patient and explained the process to both me and my daughter which made the process a lot easier. Thanks Dr.Mills and the team.
Dr. Mills was exceptionally attentive, thorough, and compassionate in caring for our newborn. She took the time to carefully assess his needs, answer our questions, and provide clear and thoughtful education to us. During such an important and vulnerable first week of his life, we truly appreciated how closely she monitored his progress and made sure he was doing well. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and genuine concern for our baby gave us tremendous reassurance and confidence in his care.
