I was so happy to see Chelo's open again. This place is one of my favorites. However, we went on a Sunday night. There was a 15 minute wait which ended up being longer but there were many empty tables. There were many elder people there who were not happy with that. So we ended up sitting at the bar. Our family loves Chelos for the food, price, service and now clean OPEN comfortable environment.
Love the food. Beers are ice cold. I think the bartender, who ever is on duty, could use some help. Very hard to get Keno in or get another drink. Bartender has too many duties to run such a large bar. Need more staff. Kelly does a great job behind the bar, but she can't be expected to do all she has to do.
My favorite place to dine and go after work . Friendly atmosphere.
