Easily the worst experience I've ever had and would NEVER trust them with the care of my pet again. I'd been using this facility for about 5 years for annual exams, so when I noticed some changes in my older cat, I didn't hesitate to call them. They have been our vets for many years. The Dr’s ate kind and caring and very nice staff.
I had to bring my Smokey in for his check up and I could not go in with him due to Covid-19. The staff and Dr Hart were absolutely amazing as always. I trust them 100% with my babies, they are so caring with both of them every time they go, and always take their time explaining everything and answering any questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend Chelmsford Animal Hospital.
I have a 13 yr.old mix Terrier that needed 4 teeth extracted... I was so worried about her going under anesthesia because of her age.. but with the compassion given by the Dr. and Staff in reassuring me with total confidence that everything is going to be alright and have all the equipment they need to monitor Brandy during the surgery.. they took the time to answer all my question concerns. so I guess you could say they earned my 100% trust in them! they did a great job my dog is bouncing back she still on pain medicine but... read more
We have been going to Chelmsford Animal Hospital for about ten years now and our 14 year old dog Abbie absolutely LOVES Dr. Harte and the rest of the staff. Dr. Harte always takes her time to listen to our concerns and takes great care of Abbie.
Dr Hart and Ashley M went above and beyond to help my dog with emergency surgery. Their love of animals shows through their hard work and dedication. They saved my dog's life and I will be forever grateful ♥️
They love and care for our 4 legged friends. Dr. Hart is the best!! The front desk is very helpful and accomodating.
