Everyone here is pleasant, happy, and clearly knows what they're doing when it comes to animals! Beautiful office & building - always neat & tidy. They've always taken great care of my cat & he loves being at the "kitty spa"! I called every other day while I had him there & was on vacation. They were never bothered by me! Haha.
The staff will treat your pet like they are their very own.
Everyone here is very nice and clearly all love their jobs. We brought in a lost Beagle we found this morning and they scanned her for a microchip. I'm happy to say we were able to reunite her with her family but we're kind of sad because we fell in love with her- if I had a dog I would definitely come here!
Phenomenal! I just visited for the first time to get my kitty checked. Sadly, I found out she had cancer and had to be put to sleep :*( Dr. Cushing and the Tech were so sympathetic and caring. I had my crazy toddler and crying infant with me and they were very helpful with my toddler and didn't make me feel rushed in dealing with them and/or my emotions. Today I came home to a very sweet handwritten sympathy card from the doctor, as well as a kitty paw print they had offered to do for me! A++++ service, facilities and staff!... read more
Absolutely love this practice! Just want to say thank you to all of the staff for taking such great care of Gracie and Rocky. From routine exams to surgeries, and the great boarding facility you are always there to answer questions and ease my concerns. In particular, thank you Dr. Berchtold for your above and beyond care of Gracie after her recent surgery. It was probably more traumatic for me than her, and I appreciate your follow through and TLC. We are always happy to recommend your practice!
My experience was great at first, then a couple months in it went south quick. First another dog in the waiting area aggressively approached my dog, with the owner apologizing as it happened, my dog barks and growls defending my pregnant wife; the lady behind the desk rudely says,"you should get your dog trained!"
