My husband reached out Dr Chilean for the Invisalign and his oral care, they asked him not to worry, the clinic will take care of it and also schedule the appointment to my husband. They never get back to us ever since and we were frustrating. Our case wasn't been taken care of and seems no one is really handling the case. Otherwise it would be at least a phone call or text to reach us out for assistant, really disappointed with the service....
This place does not take Masshealth, but they won't tell you that when you make an appointment. Instead when you get there, they will try and get you into some sort of finance option.. It's like the lady was reading from a script.. This place is shady and now that I have read other reviews, I'm glad we did not go here... Total waste of my time, you should be upfront and honest , not try some scam bait and switch to get patients. This is a good way to get a bad reputation...
My twins both had braces here and it was a great experience all around. Friendly staff, worked with our insurance and no problems ever. Thanks!
