Noise, kids blocking the driveways making it hard to drive in and out and worse kids playing soccer in the parking lot damaging cars. Parking is a nightmare, a few weeks ago I was taking the trash out and a poor woman was in her car crying because she couldn't find a parking spot and so would have to sleep in her car so it wouldn't be towed. ..sleep...in...her...car... Yes, it's that bad.... Every unit has mold issues, neighbors say the toilets rock and the bathtubs feel unsteady so I'm pretty sure there is a dry rot problem... read more
