He took over 30k from us and closed the warehouse, supposedly for the Chinese New Year, but he has not opened or delivered our equipment
Unfortunately zero stars is not an option... Their customer service needs an overhaul. I bought multiple clearance glassware items to add to my new office. They were helpful at check-out and boxed the items for me. At the office parking lot, I lifted the box out of the trunk and crash the bottom gave way. Everything shattered all over the parking lot.
