Clueless? Table for one… I think this may be the first negative review I’ve given on any business in about 5 years but I was underwhelmed by this “business” to the point that it’s worth the effort. First of all - save the gas. This business is in the bowels of Dallas and is so poorly situated that we would not have found it had Siri not insisted we were in the right place and we caught a glimpse of a chef’s coat in the window. Only open two days a week. We went at 1 pm and met a warehouse worker whose was kind enough to help us reach the manager who was off site. He told us to come back the next day. Are you serious! For someone who caters to chefs the only time we have to buy necessary supplies is limited. He obviously doesn’t want to be in business for long...I will be taking my order elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with this place.
