Chef Sheed's BBW food is excellent. Off the beaten path, cannot eat in. Stars off for that but 5 stars for the food. He has his own smoker truck. I had the smoked beef brisket platter. My body won't process meat anymore. It has to be good quality and soft( like a good rare filet mignon) . His brisket was amazing. You get 2 sides with the platter.
