We always enjoy CT and like to bring guests. The pasta is always amazing.
How do I love this incredible 5 Star place? Let me count the ways! Staying in Maggie Valley for the evening and went on a search for a restaurant for dinner. What a treasure we found at Chef's Table! The best salad of my life (the Brie!) and bourbon glazed trout - then homemade vanilla ice cream! Are you kidding? If we lived here, we would make this a weekly dinner event! All farm to table fresh! Nothing could be better! (Please come to Florida!)
Great food. Fresh everything. Even the pasta is fresh. Veg options available. Excellent, very attentive service. A tad upscale but not intimidating. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere within the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and truly make you feel welcome. The menu is well above par. Dining here is a one of a kind experience with the food plated in front of you. The wine selection is stellar. If there is an absolute must to try from the menu, it would be the Risotto Balls.
David and I went for our 10 year anniversary dinner. David's plate of Chorizo Chicken Alfredo was absolutely divine. My Pecan crusted trout was also good and we both enjoyed/shared a dreamsicle cheese cake. That atmosphere and service were stellar.
