I had my sisters bridal shower at Chef's today and I have to say that I was more than impressed with the whole experience from start to end! The event coordinator Suzanne was great and easy to work with in the months/weeks leading up to the shower - with quick responses , suggestions , answering questions etc. The day of the shower Laura and Kristen were our servers for the event and they were AMAZING. We had dinner last night and had a terrific server. The food was ok. The initial experience at the check in desk was horrible. The girl ‘welcoming’ guests was miserable. I can see why some restaurants lose business. The person greeting guests can make or break the experience. I know this post wont matter, due to the fact that you have thousands of followers, but this had to be shared. Many folks I have recently spoken to also had a bad interaction with the hostess. Been here a few times and every time it gets better and better. Came for an anniversary dinner and was extremely impressed as per usual. Service is always exceptional, servers are always suggesting new menu items to try and are very informative and prompt. The food is fantastic might I add! Was never much of a pasta eater due to my lack of interest in red sauce (and I’m Italian) but this is the BEST spaghetti, sauce and meatballs I’ve ever had! The cheese is the best part!
