Best Italian Food I love that Chef Paolino offers a variety of pasta and pizza dishes. I especially love their spaghetti. It tastes like the one I had when I visited Italy. I know its a simple dish, but to me you can judge the quality of a place by how their traditional simple food is. The sauce is made fresh and the pasta is served with a smile. Definitely a place to try for high-quality homemade Italian food.
Best quick lunch downtown One of the few things I miss about working downtown is Chef Paolino's (or, as we affectionately call it, Pao-Paos). Located just a couple blocks from the Harbor in the Bank of America building, Chef Paolinos offers great tasting pizza, subs, and pasta for the same price as fast food. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE! – I just left this place after ordering a basic sandwich for lunch. The staff couldn't be more rude or disinterested in having a customer. No help with questions - just directed me to the menu on the board. Didn't listen to my order so therefore it was incorrect. Asked for the correct order and got no comment. Upon receiving the correct order, finally, they just handed it over...no Thank You, Sorry...nothing! This place USED TO BE great!....That was 15 years ago..
