I won a bid on a private chef dinner catered for two by Chef Gil that was donated by him to the Links Lone Star (TX) Chapter’s 10th anniversary celebration event for a silent auction to raise scholarship funds for youth in the greater Austin area. Chef Gil arrived promptly on time, was engaging and efficient in preparing our meal. Chef Gil is an amazing chef with immense culinary skills. He has prepared several meals (Birthday Parties, Brunch, Thanksgiving) for us, and we have not been disappointed even once. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented on the plate. He is a true professional chef who exceeds expectations. He has become part of our extended family and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to enjoy their next satisfying meal!
