Chef Gil is an amazing chef with immense culinary skills. He has prepared several meals (Birthday Parties, Brunch, Thanksgiving) for us, and we have not been disappointed even once. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented on the plate. He is a true professional chef who exceeds expectations. He has become part of our extended family and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to enjoy their next satisfying meal!

Chef Gil prepared an amazing Thanksgiving dinner for our family! He was super friendly and professional. We will definitely have him back again!
We booked a tasting with this vendor who gave us info on how tasting would go last minute. we paid immediately for the tasting and on day of the tasting he never showed up. We gave him an hour and a half to show up and never did he once reach out that he was running behind. We ended up canceling our tasting so he never cooked for us or provided us with any cooked or uncooked food. We live in Seattle and our friends live in Austin. They were dealing with a lot of stuff so we wanted to send them some prepared, yummy meals. We found Chef Gil. Our friends loved the 4 dishes. Very tasty.
