eric and his crew were amazing. we booked him for our wedding and our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was. eric was awesome at keeping in touch with us throughout the planning, met up with us at our venue to go over everything a month or so before and even helped us with last minute troubleshooting like getting a tap that fit our keg 15 mins before the ceremony started. all of his staff were super sweet, amazing to our guests and even helped with some of the clean up which was not something they were... read more
Chef du Jour catered our wedding and the food was excellent. People were happily eating several plates helpings of the delicious food. We even had a few guests asking us who the caterer was and can I get that recipe for the au gratin potatoes! Thank you Eric and crew!
We worked with Eric to cater our wedding. The food, service, tasting, communication were all perfect. My only wish had been if Eric could stick around long enough to thank him at dinner. Thanks you for a perfectly catered wedding!
