Chef Daniele is AWESOME! Highly recommended. We scheduled him for an in home cooking class on pasta making. Gave wonderful instructions on making two kinds of hand rolled pasta and used leftover past dough to make a third! Very knowledgeable and personal and provided wonderful stories of his experiences as a chef. He provided all the ingredients and took care to shop for ingredients you can get at your local HEB grocery store. Afterwards, he even emailed us the pasta dough recipes. Chef Daniele is an absolutely amazing chef and a truly enjoyable person! He was so easy to work with and he went above and beyond to create, prepare, and cook a delicious meal for our family over the Christmas holiday. To make it even better, after he was done, he cleaned all the dishes and put away the leftovers. It was a joy working with Chef Daniele and we will definitely plan another meal with him when we make it back to Austin.
