I would give no stars if I could. Do NOT hire chef collin. We hired him for my father’s 80th birthday in February for a November party date. We communicated with him quite a few times, gave the deposit, he even confirmed day before. On the day of, he cancelled 3 hours before our event for 30 people. He didn’t offer any food or options and turned his phone off. He may be a good chef but he’s obviously a terrible. There are too many options in this world, go somewhere else.

This guy has the worst attitude, I explained to him that it’s my first time ordering from anyone and I have several questions. I asked him a few times where he gets his meat from and he just ignored me. He acts like he’s the last chef in LA
We hosted a small dinner party and Chef Collin did an outstanding job. He sent us a huge variety of dishes to choose from beforehand and talked through timing options. He created a beautiful and absolutely delicious dinner buffet and dessert. His team also handled drink and appetizer service as well as a thorough clean up. It was a wonderful night and we highly recommend him.
