For someone with a severe gluten allergy like myself, the compassion and experience from Chef John, Marcy, and the CBD family is top notch when it comes to food allergies. They manage to make gluten-free dishes not only atypical (e.g., no "our only option is salad with no dressing" here!), but delicious. Always excited and relieved to see when they're catering mutual weddings and events! :)
