I have been trying to receive a reimbursement from the Take 5 location on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC unsuccessfully. I've sent 2 emails to Wes, the service manager and enclosed the rental car invoice. We took my son's car in for an oil change and they cracked the oil pan and had to be towed to a Chevy dealership for repair which I paid half the repair.
