I will NEVER use this car wash again. Damage to my car was noted immediately after I exited the wash. Filed a claim report and staff took pictures before I even left the property. When I spoke with the manager, Jeff Fields, later on the phone, he denied any possibility of responsibility. Scratches were very consistent with car wash damage and I am certain those marks were not there before I entered the wash. I have their unlimited wash plan. The King Extreme always leaves my car looking beautiful. I have never had a problem with this place in all the years I have been going. It's only getting better!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I was a loyal Waterworks customer until I went to Cheetah. Jeff has been super nice every time I have been there. I bought the $35 fast pass and take my car almost everyday. It's amazing. I even called today to schedule a detailing for the inside seats. Will post tomorrow with results.

At first I thought it was kinda high. Once the wash was complete my vehicle looked great! Best automatic wash I've ever been through!!
Best I've been to in Bowling Green. Tire wet is good, nice and shiny. Vacume cleaners are powerful, not requiring a lot of work. Also, the air nosel to blow out out your vents and what not is a very creative idea. Good customer service. I don't know what else I could ask for.
