Just on the phone to the Cheesecake Factory even immediately got the manager. When ai told him I lost a necklace there, he put me on hold and 29 minutes later he had not returned. Sick of this place.
I lost a valuable necklace there in Murray, called several times to see if they had it but keep being put on hold and then hung up on. Not helpful at all. I live 35 miles away so cannot just run in to see if it was turned in. Very unhappy with their lack of care.
Terrible experience today. Service was very slow. My meal was incomplete and incorrect. Requested additional sauce with my bang bang chicken and shrimp several times. Didn’t receive it until I was leaving. Had to ask for my cheesecake 3 times before I finally received it. My granddaughters shrimp scampi was so salty she couldn’t eat it. Samantha the manager was very rude and unprofessional when I asked to speak with her regarding the terrible service we received. By far the worst. Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to. Our food was brought out to us in 3 different trips (3 entrees). French fries came after we were done eating, so we didn’t even get those. Cheesecake came out and was warm from sitting out, we ordered it with our meal and had to wait forever after finishing our food. I ordered a flatbread pizza and it came out cold and soggy. Our waitress was as bad as the food. Nothing was done right. Our bill was supposed to be split into three checks and was split in half. ... read more
