I had the best experience with Chris recently. After having another shop tell me they could not fix the heat in my VW (after misdiagnosing it multiple times), I took it to him after getting a recomendation from a friend. He didn't make any promises, but after spending an hour with it knew just what was wrong. Now I have working heat, cool and AC and couldn't be happier!
