We brought our 2002 VW Passat to Chris with a check engine light, bad heater core and a few other problems. Chris had a really honest conversation with us to help us decide if we wanted to fix it. Car is in otherwise very good condition, so we decided to go ahead. They did a great job on it for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Cheese Factory Automotive, especially for Volkswagen/Audi.
I purchased a used low mileage b7 A4 ended up being worst case scenario and had to do a motor swap, chris gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. After purchasing a low mileage refurbished motor chris got right to work with the transplant. He was accurate with his quote and got my car back on the road. Great work would recommend very knowledgable thanks for the help chris!

Chris has saved me few times now. He is an honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic. He won't take you for a ride just to rob you, like so many others. Give him your business and you will see for yourself.
I had a fantastic experience with Chris at the Cheese Factory. The man knows his stuff. He handled 3 issues on my A4 (timing belt, thermostat and exhaust leak) in record time and saved me hundreds of dollars over any other shop I asked for a quote from, and those quotes were only for the timing belt service. He has himself a loyal customer in me now, that’s for sure!!! Great to find a shop that not only isn’t scared to work on Audi’s, but knows them well!!!!
