We get poms, bows, sleeve, spanx, tights, earrings, and customwear from CC. The option of online store or school PO helps me so much with payments and they make it so easy!

Second year using this company and it has been horrible. So quick to play the blaming game communications is horrible. To find out my rep ****** even work there anymore. Same sizes are different yet they said girls shapes are different makes no sense when trying on the same size shell ****** fit them. Understand it would fit each girl differently but the same size should not affect the girl wearing it. Skirts are extremely long . The uniforms fit horrible on the girls. Total scam company. I ordered customized megaphones and they sent me some crappy stickers and no megaphones. They say that is all I ordered, which is a lie. I have waited for two months and I still dont have what I need and they say Ill have to spend the same amount of money to get the megaphones. They are crooks.

Looking for prompt feedback on ETA for school uniforms.
This would be our third year using cheerleading company. The first two years they were awesome. This is year has been the worse starting with our new sales rep. When I initially reached out the communication was slow. We scheduled for fitting but that was a waiting game. We got through it though. Horrible customer service. They play the blame game. Last year they anticipated the number of orders they received. They ran out of fabric, they did not let us know that some of the accessories we ordered were on back order. I had to cancel our order because, they ran out of fabric and if we waited for the fabric to come in, our football season would have been over. Parents would have been livid! Terrible customer service I called cheerleading.com about uniform that don't fit twice. The person I talk had a bad understanding could careless that the uniform didn't fit. Wouldn't refund my money.
