I have been receiving care for almost 3 years with Cheerful Givers. It has been challenging since I received chemotherapy for my breast cancer, but my caregiver makes sure I am taken care of every day.
Genuinely cares about their clients and employees. Makes sure everyone has what they need and when they need it.
I would not recommend this company to anyone to many issues with the care givers an office. Scheduling, care givers always late, no calls or text when they are not going to show up, I had one lady that did not sweep my floors before mopping, they never put things where I showed them it belong. One of them didn’t know how to Make a bed, some would go spend an hour or so in bathroom (probably on the phone) these are just a few examples of the issues I have many more.
