I purchased some items from this company and upon receiving them noticed that they are not as they were advertised on their website. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 out of 3 items. I received their return code and approval. However, they are claiming that they have never received them and I am not getting my money back even though I have confirmation that they were delivered.
