Got my order today. I am very pleased. I hadn't heard of this site until Grok actually pointed me to it for a better deal on skinny flat lace than I had been getting. I use a lot of lace for my little Etsy business and I really needed the better deal to stay profitable. Their deals helped that and I am pleased. Buying in bulk is worth it when it saves so much. I purchased some items from this company and upon receiving them noticed that they are not as they were advertised on their website. Unfortunately, I had to return 2 out of 3 items. I received their return code and approval. However, they are claiming that they have never received them and I am not getting my money back even though I have confirmation that they were delivered.
