We love this car wash! We have a membership. Great staff and great product. Being able to vacuum your vehicle is one thing but the added detail blower, glass cleaner, tire filler, and floor mat hanger at each stall is great. Detail cloths are on carts easy to get to and return for them to wash dry and fold for reuse. Oh and I almost forgot the bug wash station. Employee are active in ensuring everything is clean, customers are getting great service, and equipment is functioning properly.
My membership perk? Honking until teenagers finish their TikToks. If customer service were a person here, it’d be on break 24/7. Should rename this place ‘Knock & Wait Car Wash.
Good wash, I do rideshare service. Important to me to have a clean vehicle. Just wasn't too happy when it started raining. Asked about a rain check. Associate said no, buy a membership. Other's give a raincheck. Guess I'll I keep to the Other's. Response to cheeky. Not sure why you responded. You just confirmed my whole feedback on everything. Hmmmmm
This was my first experience at Cheeky Monkey Car Wash and I will definitely be back again. Their vacuum hoses are long enough to get every nook/cranny of your interior. Staff is friendly. The air freshener they gave out smelled good without being overpowering.
BEWARE…classic cars, older vehicles etc. I was in the car wash business for around 10 years and never had such an unprofessional experience with any car wash. We took my wife’s car in and the rear wiper blade got ripped off at the end of the wash. The manager said he would call us the same, or next day with a replacement and never did.
