Worst vacuums EVER, I ended up having better luck beating my rugs with the vacuum instead of it actually working. I'll never come back here again. Also my vehicle was pretty clean on the outside before entering the car wash and afterwards it STILL had the same bits of dirt all over the hood, front & back bumper, windshield, etc
By far the best car wash in the Biloxi/D'Iberville area. You don't need to be guided onto a track, you just pull up and relax. Superior soaps and wax, water droplets actually bead right off the windows. Employees actually thoroughly prewash and scrub well enough before entering the tunnel. Bright LED light show. Rollers aren't weak sauce, dirty or too hard (or soft) on the car. I even saw vehicles go through there that would never fit through the tunnels of the other car wash places. Good wash, I do rideshare service. Important to me to have a clean vehicle. Just wasn't too happy when it started raining. Asked about a rain check. Associate said no, buy a membership. Other's give a raincheck. Guess I'll I keep to the Other's. Response to cheeky. Not sure why you responded. You just confirmed my whole feedback on everything. Hmmmmm
This place sucks! I paid for a 20$ wash and didn’t receive that. Something in the car wash broke so I waited behind 2 other cars for 10 minutes. Nobody told us anything, I had to wave the worker over to ask him what was going on. He asked if I wanted a refund or a free wash and I chose a REFUND. The worker told me to pull around so I did and he got my last 4 of my card number. I waited there for an hour to get refunded. I got out and asked the manager if I need to keep waiting.
