2 1/2 weeks ago my driver side mirror was damaged. The back came off and the little housing thing broke. I pulled around and I let them know they took pictures and they filled out an extra report and said our GM will get with you in 24 hours to 48 hours, I sure no problem I get that it was a Wednesday it’s fine. This was my first time using Cheeky Monkey as it's not very close to my house but I received a coupon to get the "Premium" was for only $5 so I thought I'll give it a try. I got there, the code worked and I was lined up for the bay. The wash went fine, it did flip my side mirror back but that's no biggie. I am a double leg Amputee so jumping out to inspect the wash was no option and I took a "walk" around once I got home. My credit card was renewed and had a new security code and it was like going through war to get my membership renewed. I finally went to the wash and talked to the manager. He basically said I was on my own. I'm so amazed that business owners leave their websites a mess. I guess they are happy since they don't have to look at it. I might have to go back to Rich's down the street. P.S. In just three months their car wash basically destroyed my paint job.
We love this car wash! We have a membership. Great staff and great product. Being able to vacuum your vehicle is one thing but the added detail blower, glass cleaner, tire filler, and floor mat hanger at each stall is great. Detail cloths are on carts easy to get to and return for them to wash dry and fold for reuse. Oh and I almost forgot the bug wash station. Employee are active in ensuring everything is clean, customers are getting great service, and equipment is functioning properly.
BEWARE…classic cars, older vehicles etc. I was in the car wash business for around 10 years and never had such an unprofessional experience with any car wash. We took my wife’s car in and the rear wiper blade got ripped off at the end of the wash. The manager said he would call us the same, or next day with a replacement and never did. I had to contact the company and remind them. The replacement wiper they got was the wrong one too! How hard is it to go to auto parts store and order a wiper blade?
