This was my first time using Cheeky Monkey as it's not very close to my house but I received a coupon to get the "Premium" was for only $5 so I thought I'll give it a try. I got there, the code worked and I was lined up for the bay. The wash went fine, it did flip my side mirror back but that's no biggie. I am a double leg Amputee so jumping out to inspect the wash was no option and I took a "walk" around once I got home. I pulled around and I let them know they took pictures and they filled out an extra report and said our GM will get with you in 24 hours to 48 hours, I sure no problem I get that it was a Wednesday it’s fine. I waited till Friday and I called them and I said still have not heard from anything anybody you know they said can I get your number? I have him call you and I was like OK it’s on the accident report but OK I’ll giv... read more

I had to contact the company and remind them. The replacement wiper they got was the wrong one too! How hard is it to go to auto parts store and order a wiper blade? I decided to give them a ... read more
My membership perk? Honking until teenagers finish their TikToks. If customer service were a person here, it’d be on break 24/7. Should rename this place ‘Knock & Wait Car Wash.
