By far the best car wash in the Biloxi/D'Iberville area. You don't need to be guided onto a track, you just pull up and relax. Superior soaps and wax, water droplets actually bead right off the windows. Employees actually thoroughly prewash and scrub well enough before entering the tunnel. Bright LED light show. Rollers aren't weak sauce, dirty or too hard (or soft) on the car. I even saw vehicles go through there that would never fit through the tunnels of the other car wash places. Worst vacuums EVER, I ended up having better luck beating my rugs with the vacuum instead of it actually working. I'll never come back here again. Also my vehicle was pretty clean on the outside before entering the car wash and afterwards it STILL had the same bits of dirt all over the hood, front & back bumper, windshield, etc
This place sucks! I paid for a 20$ wash and didn’t receive that. Something in the car wash broke so I waited behind 2 other cars for 10 minutes. Nobody told us anything, I had to wave the worker over to ask him what was going on. He asked if I wanted a refund or a free wash and I chose a REFUND. The worker told me to pull around so I did and he got my last 4 of my card number. I waited there for an hour to get refunded. I got out and asked the manager if I need to keep waiting. BEWARE…classic cars, older vehicles etc. I was in the car wash business for around 10 years and never had such an unprofessional experience with any car wash. We took my wife’s car in and the rear wiper blade got ripped off at the end of the wash. The manager said he would call us the same, or next day with a replacement and never did. I had to contact the company and remind them. The replacement wiper they got was the wrong one too! How hard is it to go to auto parts store and order a wiper blade? I brought my new car in for a wash on February 25th, 2024, only to discover severe scratches afterward. Despite assurances from the workers that the manager would contact me within 24-48 hours, I never received a call. Furthermore, the workers/manager denied responsibility for the damage saying the machine wouldn't make scratches in that motion.
