This is my new local after moving. This is a proper bike shop. When you walk in and ask for a 6802 bearing or Shimano road barb and olive they actually know what you’re talking about and have 2 or 3 options in stock to offer you. If a junior staff member doesn’t know they find out. Proper bike shop service is not hard and these guys nail it. This shop is different to other bike shops, they fit the right bike to you, set them up so you can test them, and don't push anything on you. They then modify the bike so that is is perfect for your intended use. Compared to every other bike shop we looked at, the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. I would make this my first stop every time.
Excellent good old fashioned customer service Olly got me out of a bind and sorted my bike out very quickly. Highly recommend
